The Cameron County Juvenile Justice Department in partnership with United Way have implemented a Volunteer Income Assistance (VITA) project at the Harlingen Outreach Center located at 1102 S. Commerce, Harlingen, Texas. The Harlingen Outreach Center VITA project is one out of 8 sites in Cameron County, Texas that are providing free tax preparation for the community.
