Tax Preparation Help Available at the HOC

The Cameron County Juvenile Justice Department in partnership with United Way have implemented a Volunteer Income Assistance (VITA) project at the Harlingen Outreach Center located at 1102 S. Commerce, Harlingen, Texas. The Harlingen Outreach Center VITA project is one out of 8 sites in Cameron County, Texas that are providing free tax preparation for the community. It is the mission of the Cameron County Juvenile Justice Department and the City of Harlingen to work in partnership with other entities to provide a comprehensive range of community based programs for the purpose of providing opportunities for success to the youth and young adults of our community.
